装修流程如此复杂，不好好捋一捋你们肯定是不能明白的，所以我特地把每一部分都做成了相应的表格，让大家能够更直观地弄清楚装修流程这个麻烦的东西。

The process of decorating is so complicated that you can't smooth it out. So I made a special form for each part to make it more intuitive to find out the trouble of the process.

本篇装修流程分为三大部分，包括前期准备阶段、中期施工阶段以及后期收尾阶段。

前期准备阶段

Preparatory stage

我掐指一算，一个前期准备阶段就够让人焦头烂额了。先给你们看个图：

前期准备需要你必须寻找到你的施工方，设计方。确定你的装修预算（越详细越好），确定你家的装修风格，确定你的主材颜色。

装修预算是指你的施工方给你做的预算清单，这个清单是越详细越好。每一个项目和单价都标注清楚，能最大程度减少你后期装修增项的发生。

装修风格和颜色在确定之后就不要再随便更改了。因为风格和你家的造型有很大的联系，如果后期更改，那么施工途中的很多大项都会跟着改动，一变就是钱。所以最好前期就定下来。

拆砌墙体+主材、水电准备阶段

施工的第一个环节是拆除墙体。如果是局部拆除，要对不需要拆除的部分做保护，防止在拆除时候造成破坏。

The first part of the construction is to remove the wall. If it is partially removed, it is necessary to protect the parts which do not need to be removed, so as to prevent damage during demolition.

拆除前要确定拆改图纸上的内容，避免漏拆或者拆错。值得注意的是，承重墙千万不能拆！

在拆除后新建墙体。然后开始水电定位，水电定位要最终确定插座、水龙头、马桶、地漏、蹲便、淋浴隔断、洗衣机、空调的位置。

水电定位的时候一定要看看这样布置顺不顺手，会不会给你的生活带来不方便。必须要确保准确，不要有遗漏。一旦水电开始施工，修改和增加起来会很麻烦，还有可能因为你前期的遗漏而增加费用。

水电改造

Hydropower transformation

水电改造是装修中最重要的隐蔽工程之一，在水电改完之后，有的施工方会在此环节欺骗业主，不打压就交工。所以你在水电改造时要多留一个心眼，一定要进行水管打压和电线测试才同意交工。

防水、泥工阶段

Stage of waterproofing and mud workers

接下来的施工项目可以交叉施工，做防水的时候可以同时进行木作施工。贴砖施工时可以进行墙面施工。

瓷砖记得提前选好，确定自己买的墙砖是不是加工砖，如果是，提前告诉施工方。因为加工砖贴砖材料和工艺特殊，提前通知的话，施工方好准备材料。

木作阶段

复杂的木作需要提前商定造型和材料，木作阶段很考验木工师傅的手艺。

墙面阶段

Wall stage

墙面工序是贯穿了整个施工过程的，工期时间较长，中间也会交叉施工其他项目。

Wall process is throughout the entire construction process, the construction period is longer, the middle will cross construction other projects.

做墙面要记住两点:

Remember two points on the wall.

一是进行下一道工序前，墙体必须干透，不然后期墙体内水分挥发出来，会造成墙皮皮泡脱落。

First, before the next process, the wall must be dried, otherwise the moisture in the later wall will evaporate, which will cause the skin blister to fall off.

二是墙体找平要平整。这两点同样很考验师傅手艺。

最后的安装阶段

The final installation phase

安装是装修的最后阶段，也是最繁琐的阶段。一大堆安装会一涌而来，保不齐就漏掉了一两样。为了避免漏件，安装前一定要列出安装清单，让安装师傅一次性安完。

TIPS：安装之后每一样东西你都要先试用一次，如果发现安装问题，要让安装师傅立马整改。
