1、在材料选择上，住宅装饰装修应采用A类天然石材，不得采用C类天然石材，应采用E1级人造木板，不得采用E3级人造木板。

2、内墙涂料严禁使用聚乙烯醇水玻璃内墙涂料(106内墙涂料)、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛内墙涂料(107、803内墙涂料)。 如果要求很高的环保健康标准，建议选择像3A环保漆这类经SGS检测通过欧美标准的纯环保涂料。

3、 粘贴壁纸严禁使用聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶粘剂(107胶)。

4、 木地板及其他木质材料严禁采用沥青类防腐、防潮处理剂处理，阻燃剂不得含有可挥发氨气成分。建议选择严格符合欧洲相关检测标准的地板，比如瑞士SGS环保认证、FSC认证、美国CARB认证、欧洲EPLF标志认证、日本F4星标准等。

5、粘贴塑料地板时，不宜采用溶剂型胶粘剂。脲醛泡沫塑料不宜作为保温、隔热、吸声材料。
